A Holly Quran Recitation Ceremony was held at Kabul University on the occasion of the death of the late Dr. Alefshah Zadran

Quran Recitation Ceremony and commemoration for the death of the late Dr. AleFashah Zadran, professor of Kabul University at the Faculty of Social Sciences, on Wednesday, 14th Oct 2020 in the meeting hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Kabul University was held.

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Osman Babury, the Chancellor of Kabul University, during his speech welcomed the participants and family members of the late professor; he reminded the brilliant record and great efforts of Professor Zadran in publishing science and literature at Kabul University. Recalling some of the prominent activities and characteristics of the late Professor considered him a scientific and intellectual, national and charitable character of the country and considered his lost a great misplaced for the higher education family and the academic community of the country.

Professor Faridullah Farahmand Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Sattarudin Siddiqui, Head of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Mr. Mohammad Ehsan Saadat, son of the late Dr. Alefshah Zadran, were the other speakers of the event; They called him a high and lasting position in the scientific and cultural fields and the academic community of the country. Mr. Ehsan Saadat, son of the late professor spoke in this program, recalling some of the memories and instructions of his late father, and thanked the officials of Kabul University and the Faculty of Social Sciences for organizing this event.

The program; which took place around 9:00 AM, ended at 10:30 AM with a prayer for the soul of the late Dr. Alefshah Zadran and for the prosperity of the country.
