A Cultural Program of Poetry and Empathy Night among Students was held in the Dormitories of Kabul University

Poetry Night cultural program was held on Tuesday and Thursday nights, 22nd and 23rd Sep; 2020; by presence of the Chancellor of the University, Vice Chancellor for Students Affairs, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administrative Affairs, Kabul University dormitory officials and hundreds of male and female students in the dormitory meeting halls of Kabul University.
These programs, which were designed to create and spread empathy among students living in these dormitories, each began with the recitation of verses of Holly Quran and then with the recitation of beautiful, pleasant and meaningful poems by a number of students, each in connection with peace; the sympathy and peaceful coexistence that had been composed continued. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Osman Babury, the Chancellor of Kabul University, while addressing these two gatherings, while expressing satisfaction with its organization, holding such gatherings to create empathy, develop peaceful coexistence and create a suitable and favorable atmosphere between youth and students, especially students living in the dormitories of Kabul University and other universities in the country as useful and effective; and thanked the initiators and those involved in holding it. Dr. Babury emphasized on maintaining unity and empathy, cooperation, benevolence, vision and responsible efforts in order to ensure good student and social relations.
This program is a continuation of various cultural programs that are organized every year by students and dormitory officials of the university, after the end of the quarantine caused by the outbreak of coronavirus and the beginning of in-service courses and re-attendance of students at Kabul University started again
