The Legal Education National Center’s Aims:

 

  • Increasing legal knowledge and professional s ofkills Lawyers and judicial organs.
  • Increasing legal knowledge and professional skills of the graduated students of the Law and Sharia Law faculties before their enrollment in the legal and judicial organs.
  • Developing an academic and legal research facilities to improve legal knowledge and skills in legal and judicial institutions, professional staff, including the Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, the Attorney General, the Independent Association of Lawyers and graduates of all universities in the faculty of law and legal independent National legal Training Centers.
  • Holding short-term capacity building programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, forums,  research and academic competitions with the justice attorneys departments and independent associations.
  •  Increasing the institutional capacity of the Independent National Legal Training Centre to provide specialized services, reliable and better efficiency, competence and expertise of the Independent National Legal Training Centre.
  •  An effort to provide employment opportunities for graduates of the Independent National Legal Training Center Stage at the Independent Association of Lawyers and Legal and judicial organs after completion of training and learning the knowledge and skills Stage Independent National Legal Training Centre for Legal and training.
  • Improving the education standards and procedures, legal and professional knowledge and skills, and provide ongoing training to staff of  judicial bodies, lawyers and graduates of the faculty of law and the legal Independent Association of Universities of the country.
  • Creating a standard curriculum, functional units listed on the needs of the justice sector strategy and study the detailed requirements for the training of judicial bodies, the Independent Association of graduates of the faculty of law and legal attorneys and universities.
  • Efforts to coordinate capacity building programs for the judicial organs, the Independent Association of Lawyers and reinforce the central role of the Independent National Legal Training Center.
  • Public awareness, increasing the legal knowledge and skill through publishing and broadcasting the legal information in the legal journals. The broadcast of this center as a paper based and an internet website based is to support the rule of law and access to justice not only governmental organs, but every Afghan nationals and religious culture of the country.
  • Attempts to create higher education facilities,  legal and professional knowledge and new skills outside the country for teachers, assistant teachers and eligible candidates.
  • Association with the Independent National Legal Training Centre as well as the training centers, universities and educational institutions outside the country to convey acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
