Cooperation Agreement Letter between Kabul University and the (Particip) Institute in Afghanistan

Mr. Johannes Onmacht, President of the (Particip) Institute in Afghanistan and The Excellency Professor Dr. M. Osman Babury the Chancellor of Kabul University have signed the cooperation letter by participation of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Technical Director of the (Particip) Institute in Afghanistan and a number of professors. This agreement letter is signed in the Academic Council Hall of Kabul University "with the aim of enhancing the capacity of the faculty and technical staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy through professional knowledge exchange, equipping the laboratories of this faculty, implementing the quality assessment of medicines provided by (Particip) Institute; and other technical efforts for the common benefits of both sides."

The Excellency Professor Dr. M. Osman Babury the Chancellor of Kabul University welcomed the presence of Mr. Johannes Onmakht, President of (Particip) Institute in Afghanistan, and other participants in the Academic Council Hall of Kabul University. He said that the signing of this memorandum and the opportunity to increase the capacity of professors; the technical staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy with the exchange of professional knowledge, spice testing using Mini Lab at Kabul University and other services of this memorandum and have expressed their satisfaction and called it a useful and effective effort to evaluate the quality of spices and improve the quality of medical tests at Kabul University. Then, the text of the one-year memorandum of cooperation is signed by Mr. Johannes Onmakht, President of the (Particip) Institute, and Dr. M. Osman Babury the Chancellor of Kabul University.

 (Particip) Institute is a German-Dutch institution that works with the Royal Tropical Institute of the Netherlands (KIT) in more than 30 countries in various fields, especially health, and has been cooperating with the Ministry of Public Health and other health sectors in Afghanistan since 2019.
