Professor Hamidullah Farooqi Chancellor of Kabul University and Senior Minister Adviser of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Higher Education Affairs; has met with Mr. Almas Tosipzhanov, Head of the Political Section and Deputy Head of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kabul.

Expressing satisfaction with the opportunity to meet, recalled the deep and varied relations at the national level of both Afghanistan and Kazakhstan, especially in the cultural, scientific and scholarly exchanges between the two institutions, and said, Let us deepen and expand Cooperation between the two countries in the creation of the Kazakh language in the Kabul University.

Remarking on the satisfactory and effective role of Afghan students in the programs of their universities, Mr. Farooqi further welcomed Mr. Tosipzhanov's request to establish a Kazakh language department in Kabul University, and welcomed the development of a cooperative action. At the end of his speech, Mr. Farooqi expressed hope that the establishment of departments to teach Dari and Pashto languages ​​at Al-Farabi University and other Kazakhstani universities, as well as export and import development, which is a serious need for both countries, would foster bilateral cultural and scientific support that will continue to exist.
