The Third Round of the Academic Seminar entitled "Cradle of Farsi-Dari Language in Afghanistan" was held at Kabul University.

After a century of gaining independence from the former United Kingdom, we are now on the eve of the centenary of that historic day. Large and small public and private institutions are proud to celebrate this great historic day with a variety of programs across the country. One of these programs is the "Scientific Seminar of the Cradle of Persian-Dari", organized in cooperation with the Presidential Officce, the Afghan Academy of Sciences, Kabul University, and the Commission on the Independence of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for the three days in Kabul.

The opening ceremony of this scientific seminar on Thursday was held in the House of the Presidential Palace, attended by the honorable President, Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, members of the cabinet, senior government officials, scholars, scientists and university professors. The second round was held at the Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan and the third day the closing ceremony with the presence of the Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Chancellor of Kabul University and Advisor of Chief Minister in Higher Education Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan; government officials, academic, cultural, political and social professors of national and neighboring countries universities and students was organized at the Fine Arts Faculty of Kabul University.

Professor Hamidullah Farooqi the Chancellor of Kabul University and Advisor of Chief Minister in Higher Education Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan; as one of the speakers this scientific seminar has expressed his condolences first for families, survivors and people of the country on the occasion of the suicide explosion at the southern gate of the Kabul University which has led to the martyrdom and wounding of many of our compatriots. Further, he expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the President of the Republic of Afghanistan, Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, Professor Mohammad Hussein Yemin professor of Kabul University and the head of Commission for holding this scientific seminar, to the directors and members of the High Commission to organize this scientific program.

Mr. Farooqi said this scientific seminar is a major scientific and historical event in the country and region, he appreciated the scientific community of the country; the leadership of the government, especially the president, for accepting the proposal to implement this program and providing facilities for its successful implementation, while all the elites and professors who have arranged and presented their articles for this occasion and have been participating in the scientific institution all over the country due to their active contribution.

Mr Farooqi, described and named the title of the program, as forty years of civil wars; and as one of the main reasons for neglect and forgetting values and morals in the country, he said language as an important social tool can be a an important factor of convergence has its value as a national identity, prevalent cultural values, and the axis of providing national, transnational and global aspirations.

According to Mr. Farooqi, one of the serious responsibilities of the academic community of the country is the elimination of destructive and aggressive issues, conflict, violent and prejudiced from society and addressing values, tolerance and tolerance.

In his final remarks, Mr. Farooqi, from Kabul University site, announced to the participants of the program that they would cooperate in holding such scientific and value-based programs, and wished success and achievement to the participants and scholarly papers. .

At the seminar, the 12 professors from the universities of the center and provinces who had written academic papers on the subject of the seminar each presented their papers and contributed to the questions and suggestions of the participants of the program.

It is worth noting that the commission of holding this scientific seminar has more than 16 titles of books in the Persian-Dari language, some of which were first decorated with ornaments, and reprinted a number of them that had already been scrapped. This three-day scientific seminar, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the independence of the country, has begun with the support of the Presidential Administration has been successfully in the presence of hundreds of scholars, professors, and students has been ended with the prayer of goodness and the sustainability of scientific and cultural values ​​in the country.
