The Certificates for 24 Professors and Staff’s Training were distributed at Kabul University

The five-day training program, titled "Project Management", was launched with the financial and technical cooperation of the USWDP Institute for a number of Kabul University lecturers and staff, as well as staff from the Ministry of Higher Education. In this training program, a number of professors and staff from the departments of Kabul University and the Ministry of Higher Education have completed the program and successfully completed the program.

The certificates of this program has been distributed to the participants by Professor Hamidullah Farooqi Chancellor of Kabul University and Advisor of Chief Minister in Higher Education Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan,  and  Pohnar Mohammad Reza Farzam, vice chancellor of financial and administrative affairs at Kabul University, while a number of USWDP officials also were attended.

Professor Hamidullah Farooqi Chancellor of Kabul University and Advisor of Chief Minister in Higher Education Affairs of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, while distributing certifications, said that the Kabul University is always in charge for the responsibility of professors, staff, students and nation, and is striving to develop diverse training programs to enhance the capacity of professors and staff. The Kabul University has launched such workshops and training programs in order to increase the capacity of public utility employees, considered the implementation of this workshop in advancing administrative affairs, including achieving financial independence, as a positive step, from technical and financial cooperation of USWDP Office expressed its gratitude to organize the various programs of the Kabul University.

According to Prof. Farooqi, financial independence of the academic institutions has helped to achieve the desired goals and provide standard services for students, and always facilitates academic research, standard services and achievement of the desired goal. The head of the university mentioned the plans for effective programs for staff and expressed hope that the professors and staff of the Kabul University and the Ministry of Higher Education would use their findings to meet the needs of the departments and share it with their other colleagues.

One of the USWDP officials also spoke about the program and spoke about other training programs in the future.

It should be noted that project management approvals were distributed in the past, as well as similar training programs such as the MS Projection Program and Planning and Estimate Management for the professors and staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Kabul University.
