Holding the 9th Round of Graduation Ceremony of the National Center for Legal Education at Kabul University

The 9th graduation round of the National Center for Legal Education at Kabul University was held on 29th of March with the presence of Dr. Ahmad Siar Mahjur Finance and Administration Deputy at the Ministry of Higher Education, Mohammad Karim Amirzoye, head of the National Center for Legal Education, Abdul Qahar, "Siar Forough", Head of Information and Public Relations and Against Corruption Department, Kabul University professors, and its students and graduates in Kabul University Auditorium.

The ceremony began with the recitation of Holy Quran and playing the national anthem, then Mohammad Karim Amirzoye, head of the National Center for Legal Education, welcomed the guests and stated to the guests about the history and activities and the efforts of the professors of the department to train the students and he praised and appreciated the scientific and legal cadres of the country. Mr. Amirzoye praised the position of the National Center for Legal Education in order to improve the level of professional knowledge of the departments of justice and law schools and the graduates of the law and legal scholars of the universities of the country. He also thanked the organizations and departments of the college, and also called for further assistance and cooperation of those departments.

Later, Dr. Ahmad Siar Mahjur Finance and Administration Deputy at the Ministry of Higher Education, appreciated the activities of the center in order to increase the capacity of the staff of the legal agencies as well as the graduates of the law schools of the universities of the country and he pointed out the importance of legalizing the legal period.

The next speakers of this ceremony, each honorable Mohammad Nasser Hemat, Human Resources Director of the Attorney General's Office and Abdul Qahar, "Siar Forough", Head of Information and Public Relations and Against Corruption Department, expressed appreciation for the cooperation of this center in attracting the employees of their departments, they took legal responsibility for their responsibilities.

Abdul Rahman, one of the graduates of the ninth term, also spoke on behalf of his other colleagues, thanked the professors who provided good services to the staff of the center.

At the end, the secessionists' certificates were distributed to them by Finance and Administration Deputy at the Ministry of Higher Education, Mohammad Karim Amirzoye, head of the National Center for Legal Education, as well as the appreciation letters who were provided by the students to the professors and administrative staff of the center, were given to them by the representative of the students.

The National Center for Legal Education of Kabul University was established in 2007 in accordance with the decree of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as an academic institution in order to enhance the professional and specialized knowledge of the departments of justice and Law Faculties and graduates of the Law Faculties of the Universities of the country. Since its inception, a large number of law enforcement officials and graduates from the Shari'a and Law and Political Science Faculties have been providing professional training to the community.
