Fifty seedlings were planted in the Mosque Courtyard of Kabul University with the help of Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs

The Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs donated 50 ornamental seedlings for Kabul University and on Saturday 24th March, 2018, with the participation and attendant of Prof.  Hamidullah Farooqi Chancellor of Kabul University and Senior Minister Adviser of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Higher Education Affairs, Al-Haj Mowlawi Abdul Hakim Munib, Professional Deputy in Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs, Kabul University Professors, and members of the Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs in the courtyard of the mosque Kabul University.

During this ceremony, first of all, Mr.  Hamidullah Farooqi expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs, and considered the planting of the seedlings in the purity, cleanliness and livelihoods of the country's environment and mosques and academic institutions as essential. Asked the citizens of the country to share their environment and vegetation by planting greenery.

Al-Haj Mowlawi Abdul Hakim Munib, a professional expert of the Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs, also spoke about the role of seedling and its effects on the community, calling on all the people of the country to plant their seedlings in order to preserve the environment, to fulfill their religious and social responsibility, to witness the green and have healthy society.

The Ministry of Haj and Islamic Affairs to launch its seedlings campaign in mosques today donated 50 ornamental seedlings to Kabul University, which was planted by both authorities in the mosque courtyard of the university. Kabul University mosque is located near the boys’ hostel which is built by the United Arab Emirates.
